Peter Mancini

Peter Mancini has been representing Injured Workers since 1985. He is a graduate of York University and is licensed by the Law Society of Ontario. He is a former employee of both the Workplace Safety and Insurance Board (WSIB) and the Ministry of Labour. Peter has successfully represented thousands of injured workers before the Workplace Safety and Insurance Board, the Workplace Safety and Insurance Appeals Tribunal. He has extensive experience representing clients through mediation and in hearings before the Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario (HRTO).
Jayne Wogan

Jayne Wogan attended the Franciscan University of Steubenville with a focus on Business Management. She has furthered her education in Office Information Systems and has successfully worked in administration for over 20 years. Jayne has many years’ experience working within both the medical and legal fields.
Kim Vandermeer
Licensed by the Law Society of Ontario
Kim obtained her honours degree in Criminology from Nipissing University. She furthered her education with post-graduate studies in Business Management at Canadore College. Kim graduated from the Paralegal program at Fanshawe College in 2014. She is licensed by the Law Society of Ontario and has successfully represented injured workers before the Workplace Safety and Insurance Board, the Workplace Safety and Insurance Appeals Tribunal, the Social Securities Tribunal, and the Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario.
